Who We Are
Providing thoughtful, evidence-informed support in behaviour, risk, and trauma consultation, the practice integrates forensic psychology, clinical traumatology, behavioural risk consultation, certified mediation and alternative dispute resolution (ADR), and organizational development and workforce training. This interdisciplinary model is designed for complex contexts where safety, consent, accountability, and coordinated decision-making must be addressed together.
Services are grounded in advanced training in psychotraumatology, behavioural risk assessment, intellectual and developmental disabilities, sexual behaviour and consent, prosocial intervention models, and ethical practice in justice-adjacent and high-risk settings. Mediation and ADR expertise informs a structured facilitation approach that supports clear dialogue, role clarification, and aligned decision-making across families, service providers, and systems where competing mandates or elevated risk concerns are present.
The practice intentionally focuses on matters that are often difficult to address within standard service models, including trauma-driven behavioural escalation, challenging behaviour, diversion and prevention planning, and situations involving intellectual or developmental vulnerability. Through targeted assessment, facilitation, mediation, and training, organizations are supported to navigate complex conversations, establish clear authority and responsibility, and implement practical, prevention-focused strategies that hold under real-world conditions.
